IT Support Engineer required to work for a leading IT services organisation supporting businesses in the Kent region, maintaining their strong reputation by providing expert face-to-face technical support and engaging directly with end-clients.

The successful candidate will be the sole IT technician onsite at one of their key customers and they are looking for someone very technically hands-on and able to work under pressure to provide face-to-face support, resolving critical issues and incidents with quick turn around to ensure minimal impact to customer operations. This role requires someone hard-working, efficient, and with strong communication skills.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with Microsoft 365 admin, Windows Server, Office365
Knowledge of networking, wireless, WAN and wired LAN technologies
Hardware and device support experience.
Driver’s license

This role is based in the Kent region and required someone who is able to drive to various client sites.
