We’re looking for a talented and ambitious DevOps Engineer to join our fast-growing team. If you thrive in solving early-stage platform challenges and have a passion for developer productivity, automation, and production reliability, this role is for you.

About You

3+ years of DevOps experience, preferably in a startup environment.
Expertise in DevOps tools, automation, and best practices beyond day-to-day tasks.
Strong background in CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and scalability.
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Computer Science or a related field.

What You’ll Do

Lead the DevOps Function – Define and implement best practices, tools, and processes to shape our DevOps culture.

Optimize CI/CD Pipelines – Ensure smooth and automated deployments, reducing friction in development and production.

Boost Developer Productivity – Automate workflows and remove bottlenecks, allowing engineers to focus on building great products.

Scale Infrastructure – Design and maintain scalable, resilient systems that support our growing product offerings.

Mentor & Grow the Team – Help hire, train, and develop a strong DevOps team to support future growth.
