Job Title: SAP Basis Consultant
Location: Aalst, Belgium (Hybrid)
Contract Duration: 6 months
Experience Required: 10-15 years
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Basis Consultant with 10-15 years of experience to support our SAP infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in SAP Basis implementation, migration, and administration across various environments, including cloud and on-premise data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP Basis implementation, migration (Data Center, Cloud, OS/DB), and upgrade projects.
Design and implement SAP landscapes, infrastructure, client strategy, and capacity planning (sizing).
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery setup, backup & recovery strategy, and storage system management.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP architectural frameworks and best practices.
Manage SAP S/4HANA, HANA DB administration, Solution Manager, and third-party SAP tools.
Provide 24x7 support and be flexible for extended hours when required.
Work with global delivery models, including offshore teams in a multi-cultural environment.
Ensure seamless integration of SAP methodologies with other business processes and applications.
Mandatory Skills:
SAP Basis administration
SAP S/4HANA and HANA DB administration
SAP implementation, migration, and upgrade
Desired/Secondary Skills:
Experience with SAP Solution Manager and other SAP third-party tools.
Strong understanding of business suite applications and their interaction with SAP Basis.
