Qlik Business Analyst – Freelance
For a customer in Brussels, we are searching for a Qlik Business Analyst with strong reporting knowledge to join on a long term, freelance basis. You will play a crucial role in bridging business needs with technical implementation, ensuring optimal reporting solutions within the Qlik ecosystem.

The customer are currently implementing a broad strategy relating to the increase of their data competence, attempting to move from low data centric organization to one of high data competence.

They currently have many Qlik Developers, but need an Analyst with good understanding of Qlik (ideally an ex-qlik developer) to sit between the Qlik Developers and the wider business, aiding the requirements and reporting.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements.
Design and optimize Qlik-based reporting solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability of reports and dashboards.
Support the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of Qlik applications.
Provide training and support to business users on Qlik tools and reporting functionalities.
Work with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of Qlik solutions with existing systems.
Identify areas for improvement in reporting processes and propose enhancements.

Profile:
5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst in BI & reporting projects.
Strong expertise in Qlik Sense / QlikView (development experience is a plus).
Fluent in English AND Dutch OR French
