Location: Belgium (Hybrid Working Options)
Duration: 1 Year

Dutch speaking Full Stack Developer (Java, REST, Python) required for a global award winning End Client based in the heart of Belgium.

As a Full Stack Developer, You will develop applications for specific operational use cases in the geo-intelligence domain (monitoring, enforcement and planning). These end-to-end digital services are based on geospatial data. Within these applications, different data sources can be merged (satellite images, aerial images, LiDAR, drone images, SONAR, mobile mapping, ...). We are looking for a full-stack software developer with the necessary experience and attitude to be able to develop and contribute ideas in an R&D team.

You must have Broad area of interest: important within the R&D context is the ability to empathize with various application areas of Earth observation, such as hydrology, ecology, infrastructure and asset management, circular economy, energy, ...

-Social skills: able to work within an R&D context (evolutionary approach: iterative and incremental) and to communicate with the different types of stakeholders (customers, researchers, IT, project leaders)

Demonstrable experience with ACM/IDM: the geo-intelligence digital services must be provided with access management based on organizations and roles. Good knowledge of ACM/IDM (Identity & Access Management)

Demonstrated knowledge of: Python, Java, REST is a Must.
