Job Specifications

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain robust, efficient, and scalable applications using Rust.
Design and implement software solutions with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
Optimize existing applications for improved efficiency and reduced latency.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Work with databases, APIs, and networking protocols as needed.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Rust and related technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of professional experience in Rust development.
Strong understanding of memory management, concurrency, and multithreading in Rust.
Experience with system-level programming, embedded systems, or blockchain development is a plus.
Proficiency in working with asynchronous programming and networking protocols.
Familiarity with Rust frameworks/libraries such as Actix, Tokio, Rocket, or Warp.
Knowledge of WebAssembly (WASM), if applicable.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write efficient, high-quality code.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or decentralized applications (DApps).
Knowledge of C/C++ or other system-level programming languages.
Familiarity with Linux systems and performance tuning.
Understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
