What You'll Do
Design and maintain the firm’s most extensive compute infrastructure (operating systems, HPC, networking, storage, and development tooling)
Optimize OS, kernel, and network performance for low-latency, high-throughput trading systems
Manage distributed systems, workload scheduling, and fleet orchestration
Build and design clustered file systems to support large-scale trading infrastructure
Develop and implement software solutions for metrics collection, system monitoring, and performance optimization
Work on a variety of technology initiatives, including fleet management and software development life cycle (SDLC)
Collaborate on performance tuning and data mining analysis to improve efficiency and reliability

Who We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, distributed systems, or HPC
A degree in Computer Science (or a related field), at a top tier university
Proficiency in Python, C++, Golang, Rust, or similar languages
Deep understanding of Linux internals, low-latency networking, and high-performance computing
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
