We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. In this role, you will define and prioritize product features, collaborate with development teams, and ensure alignment with business goals. You will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to deployment.
Responsibilities
Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories and technical specifications.
Work closely with developers, architects, and analysts to shape the technical vision and guide solution design.
Prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring efficient sprint planning and execution.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Act as a key liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive product excellence.
Requirements
Education: Master's degree holder, fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Developer Associate, Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals. SCJP and SCWCD certifications are significant advantages.
Experience:
At least 15 years of professional IT experience, including at least 5 years as a Product Owner.
Proven and recent experience as a PO in a public service institution.
Demonstrated success in application migration or architecture migration to a microservices-based architecture.
Experience in coaching and mentoring junior technical profiles.
At least 10 years of experience managing complex architectures
