At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Cybersecurity and Guard Support to join our UniQue team in Mons.

What will you be doing in this role?

Manage the functionality, installation, configuration, and updates ensuring continuous operation and availability
Oversee user access management, perform data backups and restores, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues
Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline administrative tasks and optimize system management
Configure and verify secure data exchange settings, including release markings, attachment types, and additional cross-domain flows, while maintaining accurate backups of configuration data
Monitor, test, and install software updates and patches, supporting the approval process to ensure compatibility and security
Create, maintain, and update documentation, including standard operating procedures and security guidelines, while providing training and knowledge sharing across teams
Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving issues, collaborating with other teams, and responding to end-user requests related to secure data exchange

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in IT security, specializing in Security Tools Management in large organizations with solid understanding of security best practices
Possess the following certifications{{:}} Official Linux certification (e.g. RHCSA, GCUX), Network Management (e.g. Network+), and Service Management (e.g. ITIL Foundation
)Strong engineering skills with proficiency in programming, scripting, and automation using Bash, Python, or Ansible.
Experience in Linux System Administration (preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and system security practices, including SELinux and system hardenin
gExpertise in analyzing system, security, application logs, system monitoring and troubleshooting, firewalls, and network protocol analysis, and traffic analysis.
Advanced knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, TCP/IP protocols, and network architecture.
Possession of Industry leading certification in the area of Cybersecurity such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GSNA, SANS GIAC is considered an advantag
eUnderstanding of Information Security Practices - CIA triad (Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability) is considered an advantage.
Experience of working with national Defence or Government entities is considered an advantag
eProficiency in English Language at a C1 level.
