Salary: £80,000-£130,000 Depeding on experience
Skills: C++, Python, Golang, Profiling tools, Realtime, CI/CD

Roc Search have partnered with an exciting fast paced startup who are building a market disruptive AI video system. This is powered by the next-generation video AI, they are delivering insights and 10x better UX than the incumbents of the vast but stagnant video security industry.

Our clients customers range from schools, hospitals, hotels, and more, and they are constantly growing the team all year round. They are looking for someone to join the tech team to help them scale theirsystems to meet the user demand and to ship new features.

They are looking for highly intelligent Backend Engineers to join the team on a permanent basis
Skills:
3+ years of experience in C++, Python or Golang building applications processing real-time data and optimising them for latency and memory.
Experience with profiling tools such as gdb, Nsight, Valgrind, flame graph
Experience with Docker, CI / CD pipelines.
Desirable skills
Edge/IoT computing (we have a fleet of deployed edge computers).
infrastructure management (we use Salt).
monitoring (we use Grafana).
video processing & streaming (we use Gstreamer).
experience interfacing ML models (we use PyTorch).
£80-130k base (Dependant on exprience
