Talent Acquisition Assistant, 8mth FTC, City of London, £40-50k

We are thrilled to be recruiting for a newly established insurance business, who require a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support their recruitment operation for the next 8mths (FTC).

Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, duties will include diary management and scheduling for the TA Lead, supplier liaison, recruitment process administration, data analysis / report writing, assistance with their new HCM CRM, documentation and compliance. A vital role within an increasingly busy, globally focused People Team, they require a proactive, detail orientated and quality driven individual to join them.

This FTC offers a 3/2 hybrid working pattern and is not a remote working opportunity. Ideally suited to an individual with HR administration, recruitment or People Team experience and experience of talent acquisition platforms.

Salary up to £50k, FTC runs until the end of 2025.
