Junior Developer | up to £30,000 | Stockport, Hybrid (1x per week)
Pearson Carter are currently working with a global wellness brand who are focused on offering safe, effective and premium hemp-derived CBD products as well as additional supplements such as vitamins and minerals. They are seeking a Junior Developer to join their innovative team and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the digital presence aligns with the brands identity as well as delivering an engaging end to end online experience for their customers.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and mock-ups into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across various devices and platforms.
Implement and enhance website functionalities, including e-commerce features, content management systems, and third-party integrations.
Optimise website performance and loading speed to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in web development, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance their digital presence.
Experience:
1 years experience as a Developer
Exceptional PHP and WordPress skills are required
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries (React preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
Recent Graduates also considered
Salary
They offer an excellent salary package: up to £30,000
Location
The client is based in Stockport and they are looking for someone to be in office once per week
