Job Specifications

PE Global are currently recruiting for a Scrum Master for a 12 month contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client based in Wrexham (hybrid).
As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in guiding our full stack development team through the Agile process, ensuring that we deliver high-quality software in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives across a global team.
• Ensure the team adheres to Scrum principles, practices, and rules.
• Remove impediments and protect the dev team from distractions and interruptions.
• Collaborate with product owner and product manager to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of goals and priorities.
• Ensure test/validation resources plan efficiency improvements into each cycle of validation and release.
• Facilitate show/tell demos at end of dev cycles to close out impact assessment and document configuration decisions.
• Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Provide coaching and support to team members on Agile best practices.

Requirements
• One or more Scrum Master certifications.
• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, working directly with full stack development teams.
• Experience in highly regulated industries, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for managing project tasks and tracking progress.
• Experience with mobile app development and cloud technologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) is preferred.
• Coding experience with the development of software products.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
