Application Support - £550 per day - Outside IR35

Our client is one of the world’s leading commodity and enegry trading firms, based in central
London, they’re looking to hire an Application Support Analyst.

This is an initial 6 month contract, hybrid working and paying ~£550 per day depending on experience, outside of IR35.

You’ll be responsible for supporting, monitoring and operating middle and back-office production applications and ETRM systems - Delivering release cycle changes, onboarding new applications, and providing quality operational and technical.

Requirements:

Great experience as an Application Support Engineer / Analyst.
Good knowledge of the trade lifecycle and SQL.
ETRM knowledge would be ideal
Experience of end-of-day batch processing and business reporting.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
An understanding of ITIL
Good knowledge of Windows, SQL Server and (ideally) PowerShell, VBA and Power BI
