Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Strategy
Extract, interpret, and anticipate key platform data for business insights.
Identify relevant data points for stakeholders while filtering unnecessary information.
Transform complex data into actionable business insights.
Collaboration & Integration
Work closely with the Team (program manager, product owner, technical lead, business analyst).
Cooperate with IT and marketing teams to optimize user data analysis.
Liaise with technical service providersto ensure accurate data integration and interpretation.
Project Management & Reporting
Analyze transport mode performance and user behavior.
Present findings in a clear and accessible format for non-experts.
Design custom dashboards for monitoring KPIs.
Technical & Specific Skills
Experience as a Business Data Manager/Scientist.
Expertise in data extraction, manipulation, and interpretation.
Strong knowledge of statistical concepts and analytical models.
Proficiency in data visualization and analysis tools, including:
Excel, Python, R, Apache Spark, Power BI, DAX
Database management systems (MySQL, Oracle) and SQL language.
Experience with cloud data processing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
CRM systems knowledge (Salesforce preferred).
Project management expertise, handling constraints across complex digital projects.
Ability to clean and manipulate data to ensure quality and consistency.
Understanding of the digital mobility industry.
Professional Experience & Education
Minimum experience in:
Project management
Data analysis & digital processing
Cross-functional collaboration between IT, business, and operational teams
