We are working with a fast-growing company in the marketing technology space that are expanding its engineering team. They are seeking a Full-Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer to help build scalable, high-performance solutions for leading global brands. The ideal candidate has strong Ruby on Rails experience, writes clean, efficient code, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Location: Hybrid, London
Interview: 2 stage process
Term: Perm

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development, with an emphasis on high-performance applications.
Experience in building front-end applications using Hotwire, Stimulus
Expertise in Git for version control and working with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience working with Rails 6 & 7
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
Solid understanding of PostgreSQL and MySQL database management.
Experience working within ecommerce industry
