Key Skills:
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Digital Project Manager (Must Have)
2. Previous experience of managing End to End digital creative content delivery including concept, design and production (Must Have)
3. Demonstrated experience in Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry and beneficial if experience omnichannel marketing strategies / execution (Good to Have)
4. Familiar with the process of Medical, Legal and Regulatory approval process in a pharmaceutical industry. (Good to Have)

Project description
· Looking for support to project manage End to End Creative Content Delivery for Therapy Area Brands.

Profile
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Digital Project Manager (Must Have) 2. Previous experience of managing End to End digital creative content delivery including concept, design and production (Must Have) 3. Demonstrated experience in Life Science or Pharmaceutical industry and beneficial if experience omnichannel marketing strategies / execution (Good to Have) 4. Familiar with the process of Medical, Legal and Regulatory approval process in a pharmaceutical industry. (Good to Have)

Additional Experience
· Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and drive the alignment between various stakeholders · Exceptional communication skills to effectively communicate and present project timelines, execution plans, and project status updates · Possess strong creative skills to optimise the delivery from concepts to integrated insights & testing · Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the production process · Proficient in using work management tools like Asana to effectively manage projects and ensure that data is always up to date.
· Demonstrated ownership of the end-to-end timelines for content delivery, maintained the RAID and Action log to capture all critical observations · Evidence of executing best practises in project management, including project planning, status re-porting, capturing and distributing minutes, identifying risks and issues · Ability to follow defined processes.

Specification of services and deliverables Service Provider shall provide the following services · Manage E2E content delivery from CMA teams for one or more priority TA brands · Asana is up to date including timelines, status, risk, decisions and all the other fields as required for reporting for all the brands managed · Status reports are up to date for all the brands managed · Own the End-to-End timelines for the content delivery and maintain RAID and Action log to ensure all critical observations are captured · Fully updated the individual project master PPT deck · Comprehensive handover document, for the managed brands, from the template provided
