Technical Team Lead - React

I’m partnering with a fast-growing company at the forefront of AI and ML within the software industry, known for its innovation and strong engineering culture.

They’re looking for an experienced Frontend Technical Team Lead to take on the following responsibilities within their product development function:

Lead and support a team of three front-end engineers, fostering a high-performance culture
Stay hands-on with development, contributing directly to coding and technical decisions
Take full responsibility for all front-end development technology choices
Ensure the team’s alignment with best practices and strategic goals

Requirements:
Proven strong software development background, ideally with a focus on front-end development (React)
Exposure to data visualisation libraries (Chart.js, D3.js)
Leadership experience, advocating for best practices in front-end engineering
Cloud platform experience
Experience supporting and coaching software engineers
