Our client is looking for a Software Development Lead to drive innovation and create high-value software solutions for businesses from startups to enterprises.

**Role:** Software Development Lead
**Salary:** £80,000 - £100,000
**Location:** London (Hybrid once every 2-4 weeks)

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead a team of developers, delivering top-tier applications for clients and internal platforms.
- Design and build applications using Cloud Native, Ruby on Rails & Javascript.
- Enhance delivery processes, mentor junior developers, and guide tech decisions.
- Collaborate directly with clients for feedback and project management.
