Job Summary
Senior Quantitative Developer is required for one of the leading providers of sports betting brokerage software in the world. The successful candidate will be joining the team who is responsible for developing and managing a range of football models and algorithms that run at the heart of the bet-placement platform. You will be part of a small team, working in a relaxed environment, and using a range of modern open-source tools like Jupyter, PyTorch and Spark.

You will be managing a team of 2 quants and 1 data analyst but its fundamentally a hands on role where you and everyone has their sleeves rolled up together. You will be developing statistical models to compute the probabilities of outcomes in football. Sports modelling is their core expertise, and the company is structuring the company around creating the best possible technical and cultural environment to enable you to rapidly explore and test alternative models. Modelling and predicting football outcomes are a uniquely challenging field, and you will have plenty of opportunities to use your experience, judgement and imagination to solve difficult problems.

As Quantitative Researcher you will need:

Degree in Computer Science, Maths or similar STEM discipline
5+years experience in coding
Electronic Trading Experience
Experience in software design and development using Python, Pandas and SQL / NoSQL, TensorFlow
Kaggle profile (or other practical statistical experience)
