Solution Architect / Data Specialist - prism

Introduction & Summary:

Emagine is seeking a skilled and experienced Solution Architect/Data Specialist to lead the transformation improvements in the financial domain using the Workday platform. This role requires a professional with a strong foundation in finance technology, integration, and data analytics, particularly with Prism expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, extensive technical knowledge, and the ability to influence outcomes across a cross-functional team.

Main Responsibilities:

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

Implementing and overseeing technical architecture modifications.
Ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles.
Documenting technical designs that support finance capabilities.
Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Mentoring and leading technical teams and partners.
Promoting the reuse of common components and assets.
Monitoring the progress of the Workday technology environment.

Key Requirements:

Extensive experience with Workday capabilities: Integration, Prism, and Financial Management.
Understanding of Workday security approaches and end-to-end platform implementations.
Experience with Azure cloud technologies supporting integration tasks.
Proficiency in Continuous Integration and automation within Azure DevOps.
Solid grasp of full life-cycle development and design patterns.
Strong documentation skills for solution design.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to diverse technologies and business process re-engineering principles.

Nice to Have:

Workday-specific accreditation or qualification (e.g., Workday Pro)
Experience in different processing environments.
