SUPPLIER VETTING OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Location: Bolton, BL6 6SU
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract | 6 Months

Join our dynamic Procurement Excellence team as a Supplier Vetting Operations Coordinator and support the risk management of ISS’s UK&I supplier network. This role is a great entry point into Procurement or Supply Chain, offering valuable exposure and future opportunities.

You'll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure all third-party organisations meet compliance standards through accurate documentation and vetting processes.

Key Responsibilities
Distribute and assess annual supplier vetting questionnaires
Maintain supplier data across spreadsheets and digital systems
Follow up on missing or incomplete submissions, escalating issues where needed
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and alignment

About You
Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working independently
Great communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable talking to people over the phone
Confident in the use of systems, technologies, and data management platforms to analyse and organise information
Good MS Office skills (including Excel)
Experience in Procurement, Vetting or Data Management is desirable but not essential
Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and deadlines
