We want you to be a part of our team, from Brussels, as a ERP Expert.
Nature of the main tasks
Lead in the identification and deployment of a global outof-the-box ERP solutions to manage EEAS Head-Quarter and EU Delegations network business needs (covering all administrative matters: HR, finance, contract, logistics, real estate, service vehicles fleet, etc.)
Lead the preparation of the architectural vision and elaboration
Development and enhancement of architecture
Analysis of organisational structures
Analysis of information systems portfolio
Analysis of enterprise business processes
Corporate Data flow analysis
IS costs/benefits analysis
Lead the ERP implementation team and provide expertise and advice to all members
Knowledge and competences
Large and proved working experience with ERP for large scale organisations
Solid analytical capability as well as excellent drafting and reporting skills. Rapid grasp of problems and capacity to identify issues and solutions
Excellent capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment
Creativity and flexibility
Teamwork and capacity to coordinate with multiple
stakeholders
