IT Support Graduate – Project Management & IT Architecture Pathway

Chippenham (Hybrid) | £30,000 - £40,000 | Full Time, Permanent

Are you a tech-savvy graduate with a passion for IT and big career ambitions? Looking to break into the world of project management or IT architecture? This could be your ideal next step.

We're hiring on behalf of a consultancy that works closely with large-scale public sector and government clients. Their focus is delivering cutting-edge business and technology transformation through innovative, secure and scalable digital solutions.

About You:
You have a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technology field
You’re keen to learn and grow into IT project management or architecture
You love solving problems, managing systems and working in a structured, process-driven way
You ideally hold a UK driving licence and have access to a car (some travel may be required).

What You’ll Be Doing Initially:
Supporting and managing the company’s internal IT systems
Setting up and maintaining laptops, phones, and software tools
Assisting in the implementation and upkeep of Cyber Essentials and IT risk controls
Helping to manage Teams, data/cloud storage platforms, and broader digital collaboration tools
Gaining hands-on exposure to project delivery and IT infrastructure design
Learning the ropes of consulting for critical national infrastructure and government tech programmes

Training & Certifications:
You’ll be supported in working towards certifications aligned with your interests and career pathway, including:
Project Management: PM3, PRINCE2, AgilePM, APM
Architecture: TOGAF, ITIL, AWS/Azure certifications
Security & Risk: Cyber Essentials+, ISO 27001

This is a fantastic opportunity to earn industry-recognised certifications while gaining experience on real-world projects.
