Must Have:
Requirement Gathering: Eliciting and documenting business requirements accurately. Experience in writing requirements in BDD and BRD
Process Modelling: Creating process models to visualize and improve workflows.
Understanding of IT Infrastructure: Knowledge of network architecture, servers, storage, and cloud computing is crucial.
Agile and Scrum Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum can help in managing projects more efficiently
Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
Vendor Management: Effective negotiation and management of third-party vendors

Should have:
Data Analysis: Ability to analyse and interpret data to make informed decisions.
Cybersecurity Awareness: Understanding of security protocols and measures to protect data and infrastructure
