Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS) is the UK's largest Commercial Tyre service provider. As part of the Halfords Group, HCFS was formed by acquiring three large entities: Lodge, McConechys, and Universal, alongside some previous independent tyre management services enabling us to offer nationwide coverage and make a hugely successful business.

We have the unique advantage of owning ULM, our 24-hour breakdown centre. We want to ensure we can keep the UK moving quickly and know exactly which depot will have the correct stock to meet the customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

Provide complete mobile tyre management service to our fleet customers.
Maintain exceptional customer levels.
Accurately complete all relevant paperwork and electronic job sheets.
Licence to work safely on the roadside.

Required Skills

Confident working alone, with a good eye for detail.
Flexibility and willingness to work overtime.
Strong customer service skills

Required Qualifications

RTRT- Responsible Tyre Repair Technician.
LCTT- Licenced Commercial Tyre Technician.
REACT -Roadside Emergency Action Concerning Technician
Possess a full, current driving licence
