Airswift is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for a 12 months renewable contract basis to work with an EPC Company.

Starting date: 28th of April 2025

Duration: until end September 2026 Equivalent

Administrative Assistant

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Aubervilliers, Building 270, 45 Avenue Victor Hugo Parc des Port de Paris 93300 Aubervilliers France
Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. 1-hour break per day (unpaid) and ½ day of RTT to average out at 35 hours per week.
Meal voucher.
Approximately 1 month of initial full time on-site training, then a hybrid work schedule consisting of 4 days onsite and 1 day remotely.

Responsibilities:

Creating customer accounts using internal system
Handling simple disputes in SAP -Managing a general mailbox
Managing calls -Sending quote requests to customers
Unblocking orders and verifying prices
Managing the shared Oracle mailbox (handling customer requests and queries) Software Used: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Outlook – Word – Excel, etc. Excellent written and spoken French is required.
