Job Description
Minimum 2 years of experience in Coupa, a self starter, and good with data.
Key activities include:
Accounts Payable (AP):
Support PO changes for goods and services.
Assist in reviewing, processing, and documenting PO changes.
Coordinate with category leads to resolve pending receipt issues and ensure timely resolution.
Buyer Back Up:
Act as a backup buyer approver.
Support in coordinating data requests, including contracts, invoices, and additional project requests
Supplier Data Classification Clean Up:
Ensure proper classification of suppliers in the system.
Audit Activities:
Assist in identifying and collecting necessary audit samples.
Ensure timely submission of samples to the audit team.
