Our client, a boutique asset manager, is seeking a hands-on Service Delivery Manager. This is a brand-new role within the business as they look to build out the service operations team in-house.

The successful candidate will manage support processes, and work with third-party vendors and the business to improve service quality. They will also play a key role in shaping IT strategy and driving continuous improvement across the department.

Key requirements:
Previous experience establishing or maturing ITSM capabilities
Experience with ServiceNow
Solid skills and knowledge of Microsoft technology stack, security and collaboration technologies
Private Markets experience is essential
