DevOps Engineer – Platform
On-Site | Paris, France

A leading quantitative and systematic investment firm is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join its on-site team in Paris. In this role, you'll help design and scale infrastructure supporting cutting-edge research and trading systems.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments
Manage AWS infrastructure with a focus on EKS & Kubernetes
Build data pipelines for both real-time and batch processing
Enhance automation, reliability, monitoring, and performance
Collaborate with developers, quants, and global tech teams

What We’re Looking For:
Strong DevOps and cloud engineering experience (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes)
Skilled in CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.)
Scripting in Python, Bash or similar
Familiarity with data pipeline tools like Airflow, Kafka, or Step Functions
A solid educational background (STEM preferred)
Consistent career trajectory with long tenures in past roles
Prior exposure to finance; buy-side experience is a strong plus
Passion for automation, efficiency, and high-performance systems
