We are looking for a Release Manager to join a leading operator in the lottery and gaming industry, focused on creating entertaining and responsible gaming experiences.

What You’ll Bring To The Table
Release Planning & Deployment: Help plan and manage release and deployment activities for projects and ongoing changes, making sure everything follows company policies and timelines.
Service Acceptance: Create and manage acceptance criteria for new services, ensuring all necessary tests are completed successfully before going live.
Risk Management & Communication: Track risks for each release, communicate potential impacts to the business, and work with teams to reduce any issues.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For
Experience developing and delivering release / cutover plans into production
Knowledge and practical experience of IT Service Management, using ITIL and ISO 20000 frameworks.
Experience working with 3rd party and Managed Service Providers.
