Programme Director
Location: Birmingham or Sheffield (3 days/week in office)
Type: Contract
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience as a Programme Director delivering complex global programmes
Engage and communicate effectively with the Executive Committee, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Manage large programme budgets ranging from £50M to £100M
Drive programme delivery at pace, managing risk and ensuring stakeholder engagement
Strong track record of working closely with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to lead in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Lead end-to-end delivery of global programmes across Technology and Risk domains
