Endur Developer – 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)

Cititec Talent is partnering with a leading commodities trading firm to hire an experienced Endur Developer to join their London-based Middle Office tech team. In this role, you’ll support and enhance critical regulatory systems built on the Openlink Endur platform, contributing to both legacy system management and the firm’s ongoing cloud transformation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, enhance, and support the Openlink Endur platform (AVS, JVS, OpenComponents – .NET/Java)
Maintain and troubleshoot in-house applications integrated with Front and Middle Office systems
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Technical Leads, and Architects to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
Work within an Agile (Kanban) environment to deliver across the feature team backlog
Utilise Azure, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps tools to streamline deployment and support
Participate in technical governance, peer reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills & Experience
5+ years in a similar development role within commodities trading or financial services
Strong hands-on experience with Openlink Endur (AVS, JVS, or OpenComponents)
Proficient in C# and SQL; familiarity with .NET/Java development environments
Experience with cloud platforms (preferably Azure), Git, CI/CD, BDD, Python, and microservice architecture
Solid understanding of Middle Office workflows; regulatory reporting experience is a plus
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams
