Location : Paris, France. 2-3 days per week remotely

Duration : 6 month minimum

Summary: Our client seeks temporary support in Vendor Risk management, focusing on Transformation. The role is crucial for maintaining effective risk management processes and compliance in vendor relations.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate with subject matter experts to manage the risk process associated with procurement.
Deliver required documentation/reporting for compliance as per DORA & Solvency 2.
Ensure adherence to the client’s vendor risk processes.
Support entities on regulatory matters related to the client’s products.
Implement deliverables from offshore risk management teams, leading the Third Party Risk Management process transformation.
Drive project coordination across various risk domains such as Compliance, Data Privacy, Security, Operational Resilience, Legal, Finance, and ESG.
Support the deployment of new risk management technology: engage in Group procurement workshops, conduct gap analyses between the entity and Core model design, assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate change management.

Key Requirements:

8-10 years of experience in third party risk management, ideally within an international context.
Deep understanding of third-party risk management methodologies and technologies.
Fluent in English (French is a plus).
Expertise in procurement, vendor management, or outsourcing.
