Job Opportunity: SAP Specialist – Data Cleansing & Migration

We are seeking an experienced SAP Specialist to support our transition to S/4HANA through structured data cleansing and migration activities.

Location: Brussels (2–3 days onsite per week, rest remote)
EU Citizenship: Required
Languages: C2 level in English and Dutch or French (bilingual required)

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate SAP data cleansing and migration across systems (e.g., Ariba, SuccessFactors, FI-CA, CRM)
Validate migration plans from system integrators and ensure execution quality
Work with business and technical teams to ensure clean, consistent data for S/4HANA

Must-Have Experience:
SAP projects with a focus on data migration/governance
Migrated data from SAP Business Suite to S/4HANA
Hands-on with at least 4 SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP)
Used at least 3 tools (e.g. SAP MDG, LSMW, BRF+, Migration Cockpit) across 3 projects
Strong knowledge of SAP data models across key domains (Finance, HR, Supply Chain)
