Professional

Candidates Will Be Required To Demonstrate The Following Qualifications

a University degree (or equivalent academic degree) attested by a diploma in one of the following domains: international relations, defence studies, engineering, or innovation management;
at least 3 years of professional experience in similar duties, acquired after the award of the academic qualification required as a condition of eligibility;
familiarity with EU defence research and funding mechanisms;
experience in organising stakeholder engagement activities and workshops;
a very good command of written and spoken English.

Desirable

The Following Will Be Considered An Advantage

experience in technology scouting, innovation projects, or operational experimentation;
experience in working with startups, SMEs, or venture capital funds in a defence-related context;
hold a (recognised) Project Management qualification (i.e. certification);
familiarity with the defence environment.
