Job description:
We are seeking to hire an Associate into our Paris-based investment team, to support the origination, due diligence and execution of transactions. The Associate will assist the Investment team with all areas of the investment process and the ongoing monitoring of Apera’s investments.

Main responsibilities:
Assisting in the execution of all aspects of the deal process and subsequent portfolio management
Financial modelling and scenario analysis
Providing input into various stages of IC memos
Interfacing with various advisors, lawyers, management teams and sponsors
Assisting in portfolio management and reporting

Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree from a Top Tier university (2:1 or higher)
Financial and analytical ability with clear understanding of financial statements
Self-starter with an ability to communicate effectively and meet various deadlines
Understanding of European mid-market private investing
2-6 years relevant experience (in M&A, Leveraged Finance, Private Credit or Private Equity)
