As a Reporting Analyst, you will be part of the Data team within the ICT department. Data is becoming increasingly important in our society, and at bpostgroup, we aim to leverage data to facilitate decision-making at every level of the company. In this role, you will actively contribute to this transformation.

Your Mission

Responsibilities

As a Reporting Analyst, you will provide analytical support to meet reporting needs in specific areas. You will ensure the accurate production and timely delivery of reports while adhering to data quality and governance standards. Your main responsibilities will include:

Producing detailed data reports and ensuring their standardization and automation in compliance with bpost standards.
Communicating with clients to clarify and challenge their reporting needs and providing recommendations based on findings.
Identifying and resolving data inconsistencies while proposing optimization solutions.
Conducting periodic data analyses and developing calculations to generate actionable insights.
Participating in the testing and validation of new data environments or updates to existing environments.
Actively contributing to product development within multidisciplinary teams.

Your Profil

At bpost, we deliver not only letters and parcels but also opportunities. This position is open to talents from diverse backgrounds who possess the following skills:

A master’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in data analysis or reporting.
Proficiency in working with large datasets and advanced knowledge of data reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.).
A strong understanding of business data and solid analytical problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills in French or Dutch, with a strong command of English.
A proactive, curious mindset, eager to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
