About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Technical Engineer with a background in DevOps. You will be able to tackle the likes of linux containers and windows servers alike. Experience of AWS and Azure is essential, this is a role for someone whom is proficient within cli environments.

The successful candidate will primarily focus on technical consultancy, offering expert expertise to support the development and maintenance of our clients' IT infrastructure, along with some support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design, Implement and support our clients Azure, AWS and on-prem infrastructure.
Implement business strategy as outlined by CEO.
Provide expert technical consultancy to our clients regarding their IT infrastructural needs and challenges.
Utilise Azure DevOps or GitHub for continuous integration, continuous deployment, and automation of infrastructure and workflows.
Provide third-line support to clients as required, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and promptly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of technical tasks and projects.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades to clients.

Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an IT Services and IT Consulting environment.
In-depth understanding and experience with Azure, AWS, Linux, Networking, Microsoft Server, VMware, Palo Alto, Fortigate, and Azure DevOps.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
Strong communication and client management skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Must reside within a 25-mile radius of Stafford (This role is office based with remote working a couple of days a week)
