Senior Middleware Engineer| 10 Months (Inside IR35)| Fully Remote.

Harvey Nash's Client is recruiting for a Senior Middleware Engineer on a 10 month contract.

Main Responsibilities

Taking ownership of activities within projects and driving them to resolution.
Working with others within and outside of your immediate team to ensure the best outcomes possible are delivered for the services the team support.
Improving our delivery through innovation and continuous improvement.
Working with project & technical teams to ensure our solutions meet the organisation's operational and strategic needs.
Collaborating with internal and external parties to provide excellent customer service
BAU tasks supporting Important Business Systems including progressing certificate renewals, supporting Route to Live changes

Key Skills

An expertise in some of these Middleware technologies including:
IBM Integration Bus (IIB) / ACE / MQ
Weblogic
JBoss 7 & 8
Windows & RHEL OS
Dynatrace
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in prioritising multiple activities in a rapidly changing environment
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills
Experience driving complex issues
An ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership and responsibility for project deliverables
May require out of hours implementation support for project therefore flexibility regarding working hours and options for overtime
Ability to effectively communicate and resolve complex situations.
