Arobas Personnel is looking for a DevOps Specialist & Microsoft 365 Administrator for a contract position with one of our clients located in Montreal.

Remote : Hybrid- 2 days/week in the office*

What will your day-to-day look like?

Provide maintenance and support for applications across a dedicated product family
Design, build, and maintain deployment and automation tools
Participate in operational duties with a rotating on-call schedule (every other week) to deliver 24/7 support
Troubleshoot incidents, contribute to root cause analysis, and support post-mortem evaluations
Deploy and manage proactive monitoring tools to detect and resolve issues early
Automate repetitive tasks to enhance system efficiency and reliability
Implement security best practices to safeguard data and system integrity
Create and update detailed documentation for processes and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and uptime

What We’re Looking For ?

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of experience administering SharePoint (on-premises and cloud)
2+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
Solid experience as a Microsoft 365 Global Administrator
Proficiency in scripting languages, especially PowerShell and YAML
Experience with containerization and cloud platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, Tanzu)
Strong understanding of network protocols and cloud infrastructure (Azure)
Bilingualism required: French 5/5, English 4/5 – mandatory
Availability for on-call rotation every 2 weeks

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with Azure DevOps
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk
Experience managing certificates and encryption infrastructure
