We're currently recruiting for a full time, fixed term Senior Data Analyst.

We're currently recruiting for 1 full time, fixed term position in our Data & Analytics Hub that will support both the Helplines and Services Technology Transformation programmes. The position will run until end of April 2026.

The Senior Data Analyst will support the NSPCC to be more effective and efficient in how we help children and young people through the effective use of data.

The post-holder will work closely with the Data Product Manager and Data Engineers in the transformation programmes and be responsible for developing and optimising Power BI dataflows. They will support other analysts within the operational support and insight teams across the business to develop the KPI reporting that is needed from go live of the new solutions, and work closely with various stakeholders across the business to ensure the reports support the outcomes of the programme overall

This role will be home-based, but the post holder will be expected to undertake business travel as required, specifically to our London office to support the Helplines Technology Transformation Programme and Services Transformation Programme.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be someone who

Has previous experience as a BI developer or data analyst with a BI emphasis – we're looking for someone who can hit the ground running in building semantic models and reports.
Is really confident implementing best practice in building semantic models in Power BI and who can support others in doing so.
Experience of developing code (for example using SQL, R, or Python for analysis) is a bonus.
Can make the complex simple – we're looking for people who are great communicators, with a passion for data and technology and the ability to creatively work through with multiple stakeholders what the right reporting approaches could be to meet business outcomes.
Has a good eye for detail - someone who can work methodically and understands how it important it is to get the quality of our reporting outputs right for the benefit of children and young people.
