Graduate Electrical Engineer

Foster + Partners, one of the world’s most innovative and integrated design practices, is seeking talented and motivated Graduate Electrical Engineers to join our renowned in-house Engineering team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to high-profile, international projects that combine sustainability, technology, and design excellence. You will work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment alongside some of the most creative minds in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the design and development of electrical systems for a range of complex building projects
Assist in preparing detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation
Conduct electrical calculations and simulations to support design decisions
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
Participate in design reviews, workshops, and coordination meetings
Support the delivery of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions
Keep up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices

Candidate Requirements:
Degree (or nearing completion) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
Strong academic background and passion for building services engineering
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Amtech, Dialux, or similar)
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team
A keen interest in sustainable design and innovative technologies
