Job Specifications

Our client are looking for a Python Developer to join their Customer & Sales Solutions team, where you'll be part of a dynamic group focused on developing innovative cloud solutions. In their fast-growing business environment, you'll play a crucial role in modernizing our technical architecture and optimizing business processes.

Location: Aubervilliers (Remote possible with regular site visits, ideally twice a week)
Start Date: April 8, 2025
Duration: 3 months, renewable until the end of the year

Key Responsibilities:
API and Backend Development: Design and develop robust APIs and backend services to meet strategic business needs.
Cloud-Native Solutions: Contribute to the creation of cloud-native solutions, from needs analysis to production deployment.
Microservices Development: Participate in the industrialization of business processes through microservices development.
Application Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and continuous evolution of existing applications.
Business Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to understand their challenges and propose tailored technical solutions.

Main Objectives:
Development and Architecture:
Design and develop high-performance, secure RESTful APIs in Python.
Implement scalable microservices architectures.
Ensure integration and interoperability with existing systems.
Optimize solution performance and scalability.

Quality and Documentation:
Implement best development practices and quality standards.
Set up automated tests (unit, integration, performance).
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Ensure compliance with security standards.

Innovation and Support:
Propose innovative technical solutions.
Participate in technology monitoring.
Support business teams in adopting Agile and collaborative solutions.
Actively participate in ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, reviews).
Contribute to ticket estimation and evaluation.
Collaborate with international teams (fluent English required).
Interact with front-end teams (knowledge of Angular is a plus).

Automated tests and coverage reports.
Deployment and automation scripts.

Documentation:
Detailed technical documentation in English.
API user guides.
Architecture documentation.

Monitoring and Support:
Monitoring dashboards.
Performance reports.
Documentation of incidents and resolutions.
Training materials.

Reporting:
Weekly progress reports.
Quality and performance metrics.
Documentation of technical choices.

Technical Environment:
Frameworks: FastAPI (Python), Angular/React (JavaScript)
Cloud Services: Google Cloud Platform (CloudRun, AppEngine, Firestore, CloudSQL)
DevOps: GitLab CI/CD
Agile Tools: GitLab
