Salary: £34,602 - £40,545 per annum

Fixed Term Contract: 16 June 2025 – 07 November 2025

We are looking for a Festival Marketing Advisor to play a key role in the successful delivery of the 2025 BFI London Film Festival (LFF) marketing campaign and activities, in close collaboration with colleagues in marketing and other departments.

BFI London Film Festival (LFF) runs an Industry & Professional Programme of screenings, events, networking and informal marketplace for around 3,500 film industry professionals alongside the main public festival.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading on the delivery of the LFF media plan across digital, OOH, print and advertorial – including agency management, asset delivery and performance reporting – to promote a wide range of messages to the full audience matrix

Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships at a senior level, negotiating effectively to ensure relationships remain fruitful and friendly. Particularly key will be building close and positive working relationships with the Festivals, Creative Services and PR teams as well as LFF media partners

Chairing the sales tactics group, analysing audience behaviour and sales conversions across LFF owned channels – proactively sharing insights, trends and ideas for maximising performance and occupancy

In collaboration with the LFF Studio Lead, ensuring successful marketing delivery of the Festival’s branded design assets for the advertising campaign (including briefing, feedback and sign-offs), with support from Festival Digital Asset Coordinator

We are looking for candidates who have:

Proven experience and expertise to lead on digital-first, results-driven and creative marketing campaigns and activities in the film, TV, XR/immersive, gaming, culture, arts or media sector

Extensive experience in delivering cross-channel advertising campaigns, including optimisation of paid social media, audience targeting, agency liaison and creative production

Computer literacy with an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Dropbox and CRM software

Experience of negotiating with colleagues, external suppliers and contacts at a senior level

Experience of developing and managing partnerships with notable media brands and cultural organisation
