We are looking for a Team Lead – Data Delivery to join our Content team in Antwerp. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of Patent Content Analysts and coordinate the end-to-end delivery of complex patent data to our customers. You'll work with global stakeholders, resolve data delivery issues, and improve workflows and quality across the board. This role blends leadership, technical insight, and cross-functional collaboration — and is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments
A degree in a Science or IT-related field, or at least 4 years of equivalent experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in delivery or project management for complex data workflows
Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to lead and support a team in a technical, analytical setting
Knowledge of software development practices and understanding of SDLC
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
Confident communication and coordination skills across global, cross-functional teams
Excellent working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office tools
It would be great if you also had...
Experience with XML, XML Schema, DTDs, and XSLT
Familiarity with Unix/Linux and tools like pattern matching and regular expressions
Understanding of intellectual property, especially patents and their data structures
Experience with JIRA or similar prioritization and tracking tools
Customer-oriented attitude and comfort with evolving business requirements
What will you be doing in this role?
Lead the delivery of new data from acquisition to customer access, meeting agreed timelines
Identify, investigate, and resolve issues impacting data delivery
Manage and mentor a team of Patent Content Analysts focused on mapping source data to internal standards
Collaborate closely with system and product owners, QA, and other stakeholders across the business
Drive standardization, documentation, and quality assurance practices
Analyze workflows and help optimize processes for greater efficiency and output
Oversee the testing, validation, and documentation of bug fixes and manual data corrections
Product you will be working on
You’ll be contributing to Clarivate’s global patent data portfolio — foundational content powering key research and analysis tools used by patent professionals, IP researchers, and innovation leaders worldwide. The work involves managing structured data pipelines, mapping large volumes of source content, and maintaining consistent quality that supports our customers’ decision-making across sectors.
About The Team
You’ll join a collaborative team within Clarivate’s Content branch, working with a variety of roles including data analysts, developers, project managers, and system architects. The team is responsible for acquiring, transforming, and delivering standardized patent content from global sources. You will report to a senior manager and partner with internal groups globally to ensure the data delivery lifecycle runs smoothly.
Hours of Work
This is a full-time, permanent position. Working hours align with CET and include flexible scheduling based on team and project requirements.
