We’re partnering with a fast-growing, tech-driven company operating in the property and legal space. Focused on innovation and user experience, they’re building a robust platform using modern technologies to streamline and elevate how people engage with critical services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-stack Ruby developer to join a small, highly collaborative team working on impactful projects with real-world reach.

Location: Fully Remote, Europe/UK
Interview Process: 2-3 stage
Term: Permanent

Must-Have Skills
4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development with Ruby on Rails
Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design
Experience working with Hotwire and modern front-end approaches
Strong understanding of Tailwind CSS
Comfort with RSpec and TDD practices
Familiarity with Heroku or similar PaaS environments
Passion for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code
Ability to thrive in a product-led, agile team

Nice to have experience
Experience or interest in the property or legal sector
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or similar
