We specialize in placing exceptional Cyber Security and Forensic Technology candidates across the UK, Europe, USA, and Asia, collaborating with outstanding clients in each region.
No prior knowledge of the cybersecurity market is required. However, our non-negotiable requirement is a strong desire to learn and the drive to be a top recruiter in this highly competitive industry. You must possess a hunter’s mindset—determined, resilient, and eager to prove yourself. The most successful recruiters thrive in high-pressure sales environments, embracing challenges and handling rejection with persistence and confidence.

Responsibilities:
Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on.
Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients' projects. Building and maintaining relationships.
Writing job adverts, building your personal brand, and creating social media content to attract top talent.
Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews, and delivering offers.
Predominantly working a US market and working US hours from the UK
Qualifications and Expectations:
University Graduate – Graduated 2023 onwards
A high-level sporting background is must i.e Captain of Rugby Team, played semi professional football, competed professionally etc
Available to start in April 2025
Experience in sales, real estate, business development, car sales, or telesales is desirable.
Confident, outgoing personality.
A good understanding of the recruitment industry - this will be explored in the interview
Commutable distance to our Liverpool Street offices, ideally you are London based already.
Clear personal & professional goals – these will be explored in the interview.
Strong written & spoken communication.
Great ability to build & maintain relationships.
Interview Process:
1st stage video call with Talent Team
2nd stage video call with Iceberg Co-Founder
Final stage interview in person, meeting Co-Founder and the rest of the team
