The Role
We’re looking for a senior full-stack engineer and technical lead to join us and fully own product development in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work side-by-side with the founders to define the roadmap, lead execution, and ship impactful features quickly—without compromising on long-term scalability.
You’ll also manage and mentor 1–2 other developers, setting the bar for engineering quality, speed, and product thinking. You’ll need to be decisive, fast-moving, pragmatic, and technical enough to confidently lead architectural discussions.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with real impact. You'll build, scale, and iterate quickly in the real world.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end delivery of new features and improvements—hands-on and fast.
Make architecture decisions that scale, with clear tradeoffs and long-term vision.
Prioritize ruthlessly: balance between fixing bugs, paying off tech debt, and shipping what matters.
Mentor and guide 1–2 developers, improving team velocity and code quality.
Collaborate directly with the CEO and CTO to align on product priorities.
Build and scale data-powered features using our modern analytics stack.
Contribute to both frontend and backend, and help define our tech roadmap.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong track record of shipping.
Proven ability to own features end-to-end—from idea to production to iteration.
Deep knowledge of modern TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL (NeonDB or similar) and backend architecture.
Comfort with API design (tRPC, REST) and modern full-stack patterns.
Experience with data pipelines, analytics, and visualization (Cube.js, BigQuery, etc.) is a big plus.
You're a fast shipper with an eye for good engineering tradeoffs.
