Job Title: UKG Senior Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: London (3 days onsite per week in London office)
Contract: 12-month contract
Start Date: ASAP

Overview:
Searching for a UKG Senior Techno-Functional Consultant for an exciting opportunity. The ideal candidate will be UK-based and willing to work from the London office three days per week. This is a hybrid role requiring strong technical and functional expertise in UKG (formerly Kronos).

Key Responsibilities:
At least 5 years of UKG experience
Talk with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
Focus on integration and interface development within the UKG suite
Provide hands-on support for UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro/ UKG Pro WFM)
Support modules such as timekeeping and scheduling
Lead or Support UKG Pro deployments
Requirements:
5+ years of UKG experience (technical/functional)
Strong technical understanding of UKG integrations and interfaces
Demonstrated experience with UKG Pro and UKG PRO WFM (Dimensions)
Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
Comfortable working onsite in London 3 days a week
Nice to Have:
Experience with SAP integrations and interfaces
